About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Lead UX/UI Designer who will oversee the design direction of digital products and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring intuitive user experiences and visually compelling interfaces that align with business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UX/UI design strategy for websites, mobile applications, and digital campaigns
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Review and improve existing digital products to enhance usability and performance
Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members
Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IT, or related field
At least 3–5 years experience in UX/UI design or digital product design
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and visual design skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is an advantage
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects
Residing in or near Batangas City or willing to relocate
